Henan Zhongyuan Special Steel

Henan Zhongyuan Special Steel Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd, based in Jiyuan city, Henan province, was founded in 1970s. After more than fifty years of development, we have become a comprehensive manufacturing enterprise which integrates R&D, production,sales and services of high-quality special steel and industrial special equipment for international market,especially the largest open die forgings manufacturing enterprise in China.

Our company has a sound operating system and modern enterprise concept, passing various system auditing, such as: ISO 9001: 2015(QMS), ISO 14001-2015(EMS),ISO 45001:2018(OHSMS) . API Q1 ,API 7-1 , NS-1,for Drilling tools; BV,DNV, CCS, ABS, RINA certificates for forgings.

Our lab is awarded the approvals by CNAS-CL01 (ISO/IEC 17025: 2017) ,with the capacity of testing steel chemical,mechanical properties,micro and macro structures and almost all other metallic properties required.

We have the complete process lines including material smelting, forging, machining and heat treatment,testing with all relevant equipment .

Annual Capacity: Steelmaking: 300,000tons; ESR: 30,000tons; Forging:180,000tons；Heat Treatment: 50,000tons
