Casting Equipment
Vertical Caster of Big Sections Continuous caster designed and supplied by SVAI adopted 2 heads and 2 strands configuration which can produce highest quality and biggest section billet of 400mm, 600mm, 785mm in diameter, and 2.5~8 meters in Length. Ingot casting 2 Ingot casting lines with movable argon protection casting platform can produce 1.5-60 tons Ingot.

ESR System
The company has more than 10 electroslag remelting furnaces, capable of producing electroslag ingots weighing from 2 to 40 tons. This includes one 12-ton protective atmosphere constant melting rate electroslag furnace and one 15-ton twoarm, two-station protective atmosphere constant melting rate electroslag furnace. Using advanced frame structures and coaxial conduction technology, these furnaces feature inert gas protection and constant melting rate control functions. This ensures uniform magnetic field distribution, effectively improves the composition segregation and solidification structure of electroslag ingots, reduces the gas pick-up during the remelting process, and meets the quality requirements of mid to high-end products.

Forging System
Forging processes is realized by one heat forging with press or radial forging machine, or pre-forging with press followed by radial forging. Forgings of hollow, solid, square, rectangular, flat, steps and other special shape can be produced. The maximum length and weight of forgings are 20 meters and 50 tons respectively. The annual forging capacity is 180,000 tons.

Heat-treatment System
Heat-treatment system is furnished with 20m cover-type resistance quenching and tempering furnaces, 2. 2 *12 meter pit-type furnaces,water and oil tanks, medium induction heat treatment continuous lines. The annual forging capacity is 50, 000 tons.

Mechanical Processing System
In the Huling Industry Cluster District, the machinery deep processing industrial park of more than 400 acres are invested which consists of several production lines to produce drilling tools, MPM mandrel, pipe mold, metallurgical roller and turbine shaft. The technological level and integrative competence rank the top in the domestic industry. The company has 1000 sets of various large&middle size machining equipment including 6~20 meters oversize horizontal lathes, 6~20 meters deep hole drilling and boring machine, 2~2.5m vertical lathe, 3~6m gantry planer as well as large size vertical machining center.
