Consequently, there are exceptionally high demands on the mandrel's performance and surface quality. Our company primarily uses H13 (4Cr5MoSiV1) material, and both the actual quality and service life of our mandrels have reached the advanced international level for similar products.

Ductile iron pipe molds are critical equipment for producing ductile iron pipes, manufactured using high-strength alloy steel with characteristics of high precision, long service life, and excellent stability. Since 1998, our company has been producing ductile iron pipe molds, primarily including T-type water-cooled metal molds and S-type, N-type, and K-type hot mold method molds. With an annual production capacity of 2,400 pieces. Their service life is comparable to products imported from the United States and Germany. Wind Turbine shaft is an important component which connect wind turbine wings and fan base.Our company takes full advantage of special steel smelting, forging, heat treatment, and machining advantage.We are capable of producing a variety of models 0.75MW-3MW wind turbine spindle products. The steel materials are 34CrNiMo6,42CrMoS4 / 42CrMo4, as DIN EN 10083-3 standards. Products have been exported to the Netherlands, Germany and other countries and regions.

Drill Collars

Our company is the major supplier of CNPC and CPCC. Drill collars is produced by AISI 4145H chromium molybdenum steel as API specification and implementation of SY / T5144 standard, which can be cold thread rolling, copper or phosphate processing, machine special double shoulder screw thread and other specifications.We can produce the maximum outer diameter of 14 inches collars. Currently our company has an annual drill collars 20,000 units capacity, which are sold throughout the major oil fields, and exported abroad.

Non-magnetic Drill Collars

After years of R&D on non-magnetic materials, we have developed our own unique production processes and inspection procedures, with product quality comparable to world-class international products.
We have also formulated our enterprise standard Q/ZTG45-2025 Material Specification for ZYNM Series Non-magnetic Drilling Tools, and the ministerial standard YB/T4273-2012 Steel Bars for Non-magnetic Petroleum Drilling Tools issued by the Ministry of Metallurgy.

Drill String Cross-over Sub

Drill string adapter uses AISI4145H chromium-molybdenum steel, execute API specification. We can produce the same-dia type, reducers type and L-type three types, the screw can be cold thread rolling, copper or phosphate treatment.

Spiral Drill Collars

We produce the spiral drill collars by using AISI 4145H chromium molybdenum steel, execute API Specification 7 and SY / T5144 standard,which can be cold thread rolling, copper or phosphate processing, machine double shoulder screw and other specifications special thread.We can produce a maximum outside diameter of 14 inches spiral drill collars.

Integral Heavy Weight Drill Pipe

We produce the whole HWDP using AISI 4145H alloy steel as API specification and implementation of SY / T5146 standard.The material is formed by forging machine as one piece,heat-treated by Pit furnace, thickened at both ends of the joints and spray hardbanding in the middle of the segment.It can spray America Bianco authorized 100XT, 300XT wear-resistant materials, can be cold thread rolling, copper or phosphate processing, machine double shoulder thread and other specifications of the special thread.

Kelly

Kelly is the motivating part of the drill string ,bearing the weight of the drill string hanging weight.We produce kelly using AISI4145H alloy steel as API specification and implementation of SY / T6509 standards.The materials is formed by forging machine as one piece,and heattreated by the IF or 20 meters overall horizontal resistance furnace in the full-length range to obtain excellent mechanical properties,it can be cold thread rolling, copper or phosphate treated.
